They installed a new heat pump and gas furnace for me about 2 years ago and the service men that came out were extremely professional. This time, I had a maintenance check on my system and Bruce was my technician. He was very professional, he took his time to check everything. I did not feel it was a rush job. He was extremely polite and asked permission before entering my home to check my control panel. He cleaned up behind himself and when he finished, he explained everything that he did, even though he had written it down on the service sheet that he gave me. I would only use Freedom and would recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Top quality company.
