technician d j busby came out to service my unit. we let him know that in the past when our unit was service a month later a part had to be replace. He explain that the part that is replace is much better. He let us know that he cleaned and check the heating unit. He was very pleasant and very polite. I would recommend him. I spoke to your rep. lillie who also was very freindly and polite when she explain to me what I need to do with the survey. i would like to thank you for servicing my heating unit in a professional and timely matter.
