Justin Jordan, the serviceman, did a terrific job. 4/11/2012

on April 11,2012, Justin Jordan, came to our home to do a check up on our heat pump.He was courteous and very,very knowledgeable regarding what he had to do to solve our problems that at least two other people could not solve. I would recommend Freedom Heating to anyone and we will continue to use the service. We will be asking for Justin by name. more

hitting the mark 3/29/2012

i had freedom come by and do some repairs on my a/c system.i am a guy that pays very close atttention to the demeanor of the tech as well as thier expertise.freedom hit the mark on them both.by the way did i mention that the charge was at least 35 less than quotes from other local hvac companies....i would definate reccomend FREEDOM HEATING AND COOLING to everyone that is in need of any hvac work..dido to FREEDOM HEATING AND COOLING.. more

Your service rep/ tech, Dale Gilham was very thorough, explaining the procedure needed so that we could understand as well as showing us visually the old part of the replacement part and their difference, very courteous and respectful of our home and property. He even told us about when to expect our next service. He did all this w/o our asking. more
