Frank's did excellent work in a timely manner but failed when It was time to pick up vehicle. My husband went in early in the afternoon the day the car was to be ready and paid the bill in cash so we could pick it up out front after hours because he had a meeting and would not be done until after they closed. They called him when the car was ready and made the arrangments to leave care out for pick up. So we loaded the kids up a 9 pm to go pick up car as arranged and the car was not out. So my husband had to be late to work the next morning to go pick it up. Then after he drops off me and my daughter to pick up car. They can't find were we paid for the car because the girl my husband paid did not close the ticket and of course was off that day. So we had to argue and wait until after about 45 minutes for them to find the money we paid them. Making my daughter now late for school. After all the trouble you would have thought they would offered a free oil change or money off the next visit, but no nothing but sorry. more
