Fox Plumbing takes negative reviews very seriously. Most respectable consumer sites allow the service company to respond to any posted reviews. Since Judy’s Book does not allow for a response from us pertaining to a specific review, we must post a response in this manner. Regarding the review from H.T.; first, if you are in fact a legitimate customer of Fox Plumbing and not a malicious competitor, as is often the case, I am sincerely sorry if we have not given you a quality job with premium service. As the Owner, I have built this company for the past 35 years of my tenure, with the most sincere desire to deliver quality and premium service to each one of our customers. It is very surprising to me that you could respond in such a way, in that it is our “every day policy” to phone each of our customers the following day of service to assure that we have done everything with quality craftsmanship so that you are completely happy with our service and thusly eliminating any potential for this kind of review to ever be posted on the internet. Even if one is not at home at the time we phone, we always leave a message asking if you are happy with everything we did or have any questions at all to please notify us immediately.
