I called Fox Plumbing in the morning and Heath was at our house shortly after 1 pm. He quickly diagnosed the reason for our under-sink leaks and worked with us to find a solution. Unfortunately, the manufacturer of our existing faucet assembly does not make spare parts and we had to find a new fixture. Heath scanned the fixtures catalog, found one similar to the one we had (from a more reliable manufacturer), and then drove all the way to Everett to pick it up for us! The new faucet (and insta-hot water heater) were installed and working before dinner that day!
We have used Fox in the past and this is just one example of why we continue calling them whenever we have plumbing issues.
