Review content:
The technician came within a couple of hours of my call. He was experienced (8 years in this business) and job was well done. The company has been established for a long time (about 35 years under the current management). However, it is kind of expensive (around $200/hour labor charge), and they charge about $100 as a dispatch fee (that will not be charged if he works on the repair). The biggest problem I had was dishonesty of the customer service person. When I called, she said that the technician lives in my area and will come right away. I waited for an hour with no show. Called again and she said it's because of the traffic. I asked where he lives (just to get idea how far he needs to drive), then suddenly she changed the story and said that he was in my area, but does not live in the area. When he came, I asked how far he drove and he told that he was 25 miles away. Although it has nothing to do with the repair, IMHO, anybody lying about even a small thing is not a good sign. In short, I am satisfied with his work, but I am not sure about the integrity of the company.
