Full House Re-Pipe 5/31/2011

Needed a total re-pipe. After extensive research, many bids and recommendation from our neighbors we decided to go with Fox Plumbing. Heath and Mike did a fantastic job from start to finish. Very professional and detailed in their work. We would highly recommend them! Thanks for going above and beyond guys! more

After a recent plumbing job, I left a nice review for Fox Plumbing and thoroughly intended to rate them with 5 stars...I guess I messed up because the review has been posted with only 4 stars. This is intended to correct that wrong...Fox always does great work and their people are so nice so I would like to right the wrong and up the ante to 5 stars. more

Excellent service 5/28/2011

We've called on Fox Plumbing for years and just this week had quite a bit of work done and we are most pleased with the results. Plumber John Peterson was prompt and most capable, and always pleasant and cheerful. I would highly recommend Fox Plumbing to anyone. more

Great Job! 5/27/2011

We had a backlog of plumbing chores to be done and John Peterson from Fox Plumbing and Heating came on time and ready to work! We decided to have even more work done than we had originally planned on, and John worked late on the first day and came back again for a second day. He had pointed out work that needed to be done that we hadn't noticed (or been smart enough to notice). It is such a good feeling to have a lovely new water heater, new fixtures and general maintenance all taken care of. Everything works perfectly and we are most pleased. Have used Fox three or four times over the last five years and am always impressed. They are fast and professional and very good plumbers. Marcus quoted me $400 for a project and it came in well under that. He's great. more

Trenchless technology 5/12/2011

Water main replaced by trenchless technology. Plumbers were very professional, polite and willing to explain. The job were done quick and there are no traces they were ever here. Will use them again! more

replacement of frost free hose bib 5/12/2011

Outsatnding job.Mike had to cut into the inside of a lower kitchen cabinet in order to replace the hose bib(this was not reachable from the crawl space. He had very limited work space and did a great ,clean job. more

Good: Have used Fox Plumbing in the last few months, kitchen and bathroom needs. Dispatch was exceptional, plumbers true professionals. Best plumbing company we have used in our 55 years of homemaking. Highly recommend.. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: None. more

Best of the Bunch 4/4/2010

Good: Mike, the plumber from Fox, was determined to do the job right. Fortunately, he had the experience to know what needed to be done. I have a waste water sump tank that never functioned properly. After trying many different plumbers in Seattle, Mike is the only one who knew how to fix the problem. He answered all of my questions; and, performed the work in a clean and timely manner. Additionally, he repaired all of my home's faucets; including finding valve stems for one particularly rare bar faucet.. Bad: Prices are very high. but consistent with industry.. more

Good Honest Service 3/30/2010

Chad was dispatched to my residence for a leaky toilet. He came in, put covers on his shoes and was very polite. I felt that the service I received was honest. I highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone! I will definitely use them again in the future and will tell all of my friends about them! more

We had a broken pipe under the house, and had been out of water most of the weekend. After our call on Monday morning - the plumber arrived within 20 minutes. He was professional and very polite - and he had the problem quickly. Next time we have a plumbing problem - the only company we would call is Fox Plumbing & Heating. more

Water Heater 3/26/2010

This past weekend, I noticed my laundry room floor was wet. I thought it might have been a pressurized pipe that blew below the house, but it turned out that my water heater had served out its 13 year life. Mike came to the house that Monday, on my schedule, and told me exactly what I needed to know with no fluff. I like straight-forward, friendly, and honest companies and individuals - Mike knew what he was talking about and was completely honest - he even worked with my budget to give me the best possible deal. Fast, knowledgeable, and professional service is what I got. Maybe that's why my house has received their service for years - even before I moved here! Thanks Mike & Fox Plumbing! more

Great Service ! 3/24/2010

We were very impressed with Fox Plumbing. we called up in the morning, they let us know when they'd be over. Then the technician called to say he was on the way. Marcus, the gentleman who came over was extremely friendly and explained everything in language we could understand. All in all, we would not hesitate to call them next time. more
