Hi,
If it's a problem with the gas hook-up then I believe you'll want to call a plumber. I just had gas hooked up to our new range (we used to have electric and now have gas) and called Fox plumbing to do the work. We called on a Friday and they were able to come out, asses the job and do the work the following Tuesday. It's not cheap (as plumbing never is). It cost $545 for just 3 hours of work including parts (about $25) labor and taxes so be prepared...good luck!
