They guys that did the initial inspection we’re very knowledgeable and informative. The installation crew were very prompt, courteous, and professional.

Worst

Overpriced for services provided. Offer you their preferred home warranty with discount pricing that you pay a big premium for, and then the price of their service doubles!

Four Star has always been a top notch company to work with. From the office staff to the workers who are on the road all day, everyone is kind and professional. We do not live nearby and when I first called them and they came, on time, I knew I had a company I could always depend on. The guys that have serviced our AC unit for the past 3 years have been great - Clay and Barry - they have listened to our concerns and given us good advice. They also have not tried to sell us things when not needed We definitely would recommend Four Star !! THank you ! more

Excellent Service 8/30/2017

We have had Four Star for a couple issues at our home; plumbing and hvac. They are easy to contact, arrive when they say they will arrive and do a very thorough inspection and/or repair. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I am thankful we found them. more

Want the paper work John T. left us reviewed. Something is not right. Want to make us Smile? Fix this system please. Told system needs to be cleaned. Price of $300. was quoted orally. Do not think it cost us that much the last time we had it done. more

Drain leaking in shower. 8/22/2017

Very friendly girls in office. Made an appointment and came out right a way. Reese was prompt and Bo (tile man) came out to look at job the same day. I didn't realize it would be such a big job and will have to wait until Nov. to get my leak fixed. I would highly recommend this company. more

The office staff and the field staff are very knowledgeable, dependable, and trustworthy! They handled a situation of a busted pipe by Santee Cooper. The sewer was backing up in the yard. They come and fixed the pipe. The price was affordable! They did exceptional service! more
