I am tired of people like this long-winded reviewer Erin K. lying just to vent their frustrations over their own shortcomings. This person WAS called within the 6 to 8 week time frame quoted, well in advance of Father's Day, but did not respond to TWO (2) phone calls, which I have phone records for, letting her know her order was ready for pick up early. Instead, she waited until the evening before Father's Day, Saturday at 4:53pm, to call and demand in voicemail that she be able to either pick her order up that evening, or the next day which happened to be Sunday and Father's Day. Needless to say, I was closed the evening she called and on Sunday, Father's Day, and when I eventually returned her phone call Monday she used every fowl word in the book towards me, clearly upset at the fact that she blew it, and accusing ME of ruining her husband's day. I'm pretty certain she did that on her own. In any case, the internet allows people like this a forum to lie and a chance to con and manipulate the facts and that is unfortunate. My customers, whom I have cherished and served for over 16 years will know the truth when they read her lies because they know me and how I run my business. It is a business run for the purpose of providing a wonderful service for families and to allow me to be a good mother simultaneously. I am ONE person, running a small little art business, NOT some multi-managed conglomerate. And yes, I deal occasionally, but fortunately not often, with people like Erin who clearly have bigger problems than I can even imagine. Very sad. TO REITERATE, the order was done ON TIME and EXACTLY as promised. It was lovely. Erin just didn't make it a priority to call until after my business hours, the day before she needed it. Is that my fault? I don't make a habit of giving refunds to people simply because they are poor planners and don't make arrangements to pick up their order in time for an important event. She received it Monday, demanded a full refund and didn't like being told no. Tragic.
