I love these footprints and gifts...they are great and a must have, however, the service is VERY POOR. There is never anyone in the store, you always have to call to try to catch someone available for an appointment or to pick up. They say it takes up to 8 weeks, and it has always taken longer for my orders. I gave two people gift certificates and they had the same problem, it was a little embaressing. Will not do gift certificates anymore, and I can't say I will go there anymore...although I know I will have more kids. Such a sad thing, because they could have an awesome business, and I can't imagine how much they are losing for not being commited to their business.
