I recently purchased two items from Footprints ‘N More. While they are beautiful products, I will not return to this business because of the extremely poor customer service of the owner. I ordered as a Father’s Day gift for my husband over 10 weeks in advance. When I placed the order, Sarah Martin (owner) told me it will take between 6 and 8 weeks before they would be ready for pick up and she would call when they were done. I thought this would be fine since I had a little over 10 weeks before FD. I was so excited to receive the phone call in the 8th week; since I hadn’t heard from her I figured this was the week. Nothing. I gave her through the 9th week because when I ordered she told me she had just moved the business and was still trying to organize everything, so I thought this was the case. When I called the first time she was out of the store and told me if my items were ready she would call me. I didn’t receive a call the next day, so I gave her a couple of days before I called again (I didn’t want to be a pest because she did tell me twice now that she would call me and it is also stated on the receipt). When I called a week before FD she said they weren’t ready, and I explained to her that this was a gift and I thought I had timed it perfectly when I ordered to have it by the day. She told me that they would definitely be ready by the end of the week. This was fine because the end of the week is Sat. and FD is on a Sun.; however, I was beginning to get frustrated. I didn’t hear from her Fri., so I called Sat. to find out she had gone out of town, but the product WAS ready and as she said, “I didn’t get around to making all my phone calls. I’m not perfect.” I was so very upset at this point, she told me I could pick it up on Mon., and I got off the phone and cried. She then called me on Mon. (finally she made a phone call) to make sure I was still goingto come pick it up. I told her was still wanting to pick it up today, but felt I deserved a portion of my money back.
