This is a great company! Renttoday.us has managed over 10 of my properties and I consider myself to be an extremely knowledgeable and shrewd business woman. I understand what it takes to run a successful small business, especially in this economy and Renttoday.us is doing a great job of that. They use technology which is one of their greatest assets! I can reach whoever I need to at the office practically 24/7 because everyone in the office has a Blackberry, which i applaud. So many companies do not have email or do not check it on a regular basis and Renttoday.us is very conscious of accessability and make themselves available more than any company i deal with. Also, their prices are wonderful! I pay 10% in Las Vegas, 9% in Atlanta, and before I chose them I was paying 9% in California. Renttoday.us charges just 5.9% which is the lowest I've ever heard of? And they do a great job for that amount. I also like the fact that their service dept. is in-house and I can speak directly to the contractor who has worked on my home at anytime via phone or email. They have completed several major construction jobs in my homes and it's so convenenient to have them on hand to get things done. I highly recommend this company to anyone with rental properties. I called this company as a referral from a friend. We are losing our home to foreclosure and it has been stressful. I spoke with several other companies prior to find a new home for our family and the tone i got was as if we were not good people because of the foreclosure. When I called, by the way they go by ""Renttoday.us"", I spoke with a person who took about 15 minutes explaining to me how the foreclosure process worked. Wish my lender would have done that, sure made me feel better. If your wondering, no they cannot just take the home at anytime, there is a process of almost a year before it goes to sale. We did an online application, we picked several homes we liked, but the first home was awesome. By the time I got back to the office to bring my deposit I was given the bad news it was rented. I wish they would have held it for us, it was a little frustrating. But we did get another home the same day, The best part was the home is around the corner from our old house in Riverside. Kids can keep the same friends and school. We reduced our housing cost from $3800 to $1850... WOW, we feel much better. How can this company still be in business? Avoid doing business with them. We hired this company to manage our property and they are incompetent. We would have to call them and leave at least 5-6 messages for them before they would call us back. They always made us feel as though we were bothering them and that they were doing us a favor -- odd, since we were the ones paying them for their ""services"". Our tenants also had mentioned that they had a very hard time getting the property managers to return their calls. Don't be fooled by how ""nice"" they come off during their sales pitch -- once you sign the contract, they treat you like cr*p. I found this company on the web, looking for a management company for my property in Ontario. They were easy to work with. The management contract was simple and easy to understand, no upfront cost or hidden fees. The maintenance was professional and did an amazing job with the Rent Ready work and very competitive with their pricing. Are you thinking about doing business with West Coast Property Specialists, inc. DON'T DO IT! They are rude, untrustworthy, liars. I just resently moved out of a property that was managed by these so called people and I left the house in better condition than it was when I moved in. I even took pictures. These crooks still refuse to give me my deposit back. The house has been sold yet they claim they kept my deposit for repairs and cleaning . Run , don't walk far far away from this company. If you are a possible tenant, RUN!!!! Don't lease any of the properties they manage. TRUST ME, you will regret it. They will be semi-decent at first but once you are a tenant, if you need maintanance, they will take forever! If you are 2 days late on your rent they start to threaten with Eviction. If you call them for anything, they won't call you back! If you are a owner, DO NOT let them manage your property, they are the worst, instead of trying to work with your tenants they will run them off to collect more commission from you! I was referred to West Coast Property Specialists, Inc. from a friend who has several rental properties throughout the Inland Empire. I am not an avid investor but I was moving out of state and could not sell my home for the life of me and out of pure desperation, decided as a last resort to rent my home out. I was very nervous about letting strangers into my home that I poured my time and money into for so many years but after talking with Mia Melle at WCPS, she really put my mind at ease and patiently answered every question that i had and gave me so much information to read, absorb, and ponder. I really felt comfortable with the whole company and their package was very, very professional and easy to understand. They ended up leasing my home in a matter of weeks to a very nice family and it's been almost a year now and i haven't had any problems at all! They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and i would definitely recommnend their services to anyone looking for competent real estate professionals.
