Are you thinking about doing business with West Coast Property Specialists, inc. DON'T DO IT! They are rude, untrustworthy, liars. I just resently moved out of a property that was managed by these so called people and I left the house in better condition than it was when I moved in. I even took pictures. These crooks still refuse to give me my deposit back. The house has been sold yet they claim they kept my deposit for repairs and cleaning . Run , don't walk far far away from this company. Trust me I'm saving you one huge headache!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
