I RENTED THROUGH THIS COMPANY FOR 1 YR WITH NO PROBLEMS THEN I DECIDED TO NOT EXTEND MY LEASE FOR OTHER TERM UPON MOVING I WAS DENIED A WALK THROUGH AND THEN DENIED A RETURN OF MY DEPOSIT STATING THAT I NEVER REQUESTED A WALK THROUGH THAT THERE WERE DAMANGES TO THE RENTED LOCATION LUCKILY I SAVED EVERY LETTER / AN EMAIL THAT I SENT AND RECIEVED AND HAD TO TAKE THE COMPANY TO COURT TO RECIEVE MY DEPOSIT SO I CAN JUST SAY THAT MAKE SURE YOU STAY ON TOP OF THE COMPANY AND GET EVERY THING THAT IS PROMISED IN WRITING THEY ARE NOT A COMPANY OF THERE WORD AND PHONE CALLS ARE NOT ENOUGH YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY GO TO THE LOCATION AN SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN PERSON OTHER WISE YOU WILL GET THE RUN AROUND
