How can this company still be in business? Avoid doing business with them. We hired this company to manage our property and they are incompetent. We would have to call them and leave at least 5-6 messages for them before they would call us back. They always made us feel as though we were bothering them and that they were doing us a favor -- odd, since we were the ones paying them for their ""services"". Our tenants also had mentioned that they had a very hard time getting the property managers to return their calls. Don't be fooled by how ""nice"" they come off during their sales pitch -- once you sign the contract, they treat you like cr*p. Highly unprofessional.\r

Do yourself a favor and find a different property management company.
