I was referred to West Coast Property Specialists, Inc. from a friend who has several rental properties throughout the Inland Empire. I am not an avid investor but I was moving out of state and could not sell my home for the life of me and out of pure desperation, decided as a last resort to rent my home out. I was very nervous about letting strangers into my home that I poured my time and money into for so many years but after talking with Mia Melle at WCPS, she really put my mind at ease and patiently answered every question that i had and gave me so much information to read, absorb, and ponder. I really felt comfortable with the whole company and their package was very, very professional and easy to understand. They ended up leasing my home in a matter of weeks to a very nice family and it's been almost a year now and i haven't had any problems at all! They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and i would definitely recommnend their services to anyone looking for competent real estate professionals.
Pros: Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable!
Cons: Can't really think of any....sorry!
