I was not severely over weight, but i was heavy for my height. I started FIT at 158.8 and I am 5'4". All the research I did on the internet told me I should be between 126-129, which I thought was way too thin, sick thin. I had tried everything to get back to what I thought was my perfect weight of 134 pounds. The FIT Dr told me 134 was a good weight for my height, age, and health. The plan only made sense to me after the Dr. took the time to explain it. Nothing else had worked in the previous years. I was desperate. I did my own research online and thought I would try FIT. Within the first week, I lost 4.4 pounds! I was amazed. Then, in the first month I lost 13 pounds. WOW! I have been on the program 3 months and I only have 1.4 more pounds to go to meet my goal. Then I will be on my maintenance phase. FIT WORKS! This is not just a program, it is a lifestyle.
