FIT medical weight loss actually does what it promises, if you follow the protocols. While i didn't lose my 25 pounds in one month, I did lose it in less than 3, faster than I ever would have on my own. It is extremely low carb, so if carbs are your thing, be aware that this may be more challenging for you! I am very happy with my results, and so far (3 mo.) I am maintaining my weight loss.
