I am an erratic dieter. I have tried all types of programs (both diet and exercise) and this is the first program that has really worked for me. I need a diet that is incredibly structured, and FIT is it. Although it can be limiting, the easy-to-follow guidelines help make sure I stay on track and continue to lose weight. I have made so much progress in 6 weeks alone, and am now within 14 pounds of my goal weight! While the program is expensive, it is definitely worth it if you feel like you have tried everything and are looking for results!
