Ron and the entire staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. I have struggled for years with my weight and tried every yo-yo diet out there but always put the weight back on, plus some. But this program was so easy to follow (and a real eye opener too on how your body processes certain foods, i.e., carbs and sugar) and I loved that I had to weigh in every week, it really made me accountable and helped get me into the habit of making good decisions.
