Terrance Raynor was my first contact at Performance Ford to evaluate the problem I was having with my 2005 Lincoln Town Car' air conditioning system. He immediately created the appropriate paper work and passed the process on the Service area. Initially, no problem with the system was located, other than to test for low pressure in the ac system. I was asked to return later if the problem continued. A second visit to Terrance was necessary because the AC issue was worse. Again he followed up and the diagnosis by the technician was to replace a part. This was done and the auto released. Subsequently, a third visit was necessary when the AC system still did not function as required. Terrance fielded that visit and personally contacted the technician to immediately evaluate the condition. This was done and immediately located a second problem which was corrected. \r In all of the 3 visits, Terrance maintained contact with me and insured that I was satisfied with the results. His excellent performance as a customer interface personifies the title of the company : Performance Ford Lincoln.\r \r Ray A Perry more

I needed an oil change in a hurry and Liza Santana ensured that my car was done fast. She said I'd be and out in about an hour and then it was done even faster than I expected. She was very friendly. I drove into Performance Ford on Monday afternoon 5/18/2015. I was greeted by Albert Paille. I told Albert what I was looking for and that I did not want to do a special order. I wanted to buy a new 2015 set up as I needed, and asked if he could locate one for me. Albert found exactly what I was looking for early the next day, and there were only 2 to be had on the East coast. The one I wanted was located at a ford dealer in New York. Albert said if I wanted it he could have it for me here in Charlotte, NC Friday afternoon (3 Days!). The car was delivered in perfect shape, no hassles at all. Albert Paille did exactly as he said he would do! I'm a happy customer. Albert wants to sell cars, and it shows. He goes the extra mile and delivers. more

He always seems to listen to my details as I explain to him what kind of problems I am having with my MKX, as always my car never wants to display the problem when I bring it in but, Michael is always patience and helpful in seeing to the situation.
