where to start. went in on saturday, dealership is supposed to 100's of cars to choose from right... told me i was qualified 4 a payment of up to $370 a month. i was forced onto two cars. a silver grand prix GT or a silver grand prix. so i took the nicer of the 2. meanwhile working with a guy who has been selling cars for a week. the car had rattles in the dash board told them to fix it and would be back tomorrow to sigh papers. came back the next day said they would have a mech. drive it while we signed the paperwork. (1st lie). the mech. and the salesman drive the car come back and hop the curb coming back in the dealership. (driving wreckless). after i talked to mr. harrelson himself he said he would take care of it personally.before signing the paperwork i realized that i wouldnt get the rattle fixed so i asked them to detail it for me. took us about 30 mins. or so to sign get outside the car is nowhere to be found. then came the salesman driving it around the corner. the car was filthy. i exploded. nothing has been done to my satisfaction yet. the sales manager himself was made to wash my car. waited another 30 mins. next day they call me saying they found another finance company with a cheaper rate and payment. i live 40 miles away, asked them to send me papers to sign by fed-ex. fed-ex them back 2 dayslater thanksgiving in between and wrote a note to send my copies back. here it is almost 4 weeks later and still no copies of my paperwork. this dealership can not deliver on anything that they promised me. all together this was the worst car buying experience yet. oh they cant seem to find my license plate that the DMV sent them for my car either..... another headache coming on....... B E W A R E !!!!!!!!!!!!! mr. harrelson did give us a voucher for a free tank of gas though.
