We have our 2 Fords serviced at Performance Ford and have done so for several years. Nigel Young is the best service rep I have ever encountered. He keeps us informed and I have never felt that any unnecessary work was recommended and have never thought any work was less than first rate. Just want to Awesome The Best Service Ever, was expecting to take a loaner turned out took less than an hour and I even purchased extra recommended services. The Guys there are great so helpful so friendly just knew what they were talking about and there was this one girl Liza, she was great very helpful she knew her stuff, I was having a rough day and her she smiled and said no reason to be sad it's a great day we serviced your car and it looks great !!! I will return again and again just to have Liza service my car she's great !!!!! more

My wife and I just purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator L from Jean-maurice Ediamen at Performance Lincoln of Charlotte, NC. We drove from Baton Rouge, LA to make this deal and Jean was very professional, accommodating and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend him to any one that is interested in purchasing a Lincoln or Ford product. Also Susan McCrorey, the customer relations manager, along with the entire staff at Performance was great in assisting us with our purchase and questions. We feel like we received a excellent deal on our trade and purchase of the Navigator. We would highly recommend this dealership to any one. He made sure that we received a free car wash after the oil change had been completed. Recently brought my 2013 Fusion in for service to address a transmission issue. I was so impressed with Service Writer Rob Mulligan's professionalism, communication, and willingness to absorb my detailed description of the issue I was experiencing. Kudos also to the transmission technician (If memory serves - Jason?) and both shuttle drivers I had the privilege to work with. I wasn't sure how I would be received given that I did not purchase my vehicle from Performance, yet the entire service staff at Performance Ford took care of me like I was a long time customer. \r \r I believe they have just earned another customer for life. more
