I like to thank Michael Harper for his service and attention in helping me with servicing my vehicle. when I call him, he immediately treat me has a friend in our conversation. He always seems to listen to my details as I explain to him what kind of problems I am having with my MKX, as always my car never wants to display the problem when I bring it in but, Michael is always patience and helpful in seeing to the situation. I am so thankful he is my service manager that through his patience and time, he always find the problem and fix it. But what I really have high praise about is he always make me feel and treat me like a VIP...Performance Ford Lincoln truly lives up to its name, ""Excellent SERVICE"" Thanks to Michael Harper...
