Recently brought my 2013 Fusion in for service to address a transmission issue. I was so impressed with Service Writer Rob Mulligan's professionalism, communication, and willingness to absorb my detailed description of the issue I was experiencing. Kudos also to the transmission technician (If memory serves - Jason?) and both shuttle drivers I had the privilege to work with. I wasn't sure how I would be received given that I did not purchase my vehicle from Performance, yet the entire service staff at Performance Ford took care of me like I was a long time customer. \r

I believe they have just earned another customer for life.
