I filled out a request for bid info on Fast Water Heater website. Within 30-45 seconds, I received a call back. Wow! I am a repeat customer and A LOT has changed code wise in 16 years... The rep was very thorough. Although I did not make an appointment at first, I called them back after receiving several bids.\r

A day before the appointment, I was in Home Depot and one of the FAST Water Heater area supervisors, Steve, just happened to be in the store. WOW, was he ever knowledgeable! He actually helped me understand the code changes. When the rep Chris showed up for the appt (right on time by the way) I had a real good idea of what to expect.\r

I had the install done and was totally happy with the process. I'm rating it a 4 only because I was not happy to have to spend money on a water heater right now. I was very happy with the service overall.\r
