He showed up on time, worked cleanly, and had everything that he needed for the replacement! Better yet, he was was friendly and personable as well! James arrived early, as requested. He phoned when he was about 1/2 hour away. Even though he was unaware that the installation was below the kitchen sink, he quickly assessed what was needed and proceeded with the installation in a quiet and professional manner. he carefully showed me and explained the heater's workings. Before he left, he made sure the unit was operational. He left the work area clean. We had one problem after he left. We had no hot water in the sink. We called the company and arranged for James to come out tomorrow. However, James phoned me this evening and told me he forgot to turn one valve on again. I volunteered to turn on the valve. He stayed on the line until I assured him all was fine. James is an excellent representative of your in demeanor, professionalism, and work ethic. Bernard Schneier 14 April, 2016 more

Garbage Disposal Replacement - Great Service! 4/11/2016

James (R James L) came out to our home contracted by Home Depot to install a garbage disposal. He was a friendly, kind gentleman... the type of service technician I would feel comfortable with had only my wife been home. He was insightful, fast, clean and thorough. All in all a wonderful, fast experience with minimal impact on my home or schedule. Thank you James! more

Excellent Service - A Perfect 10 4/2/2016

A week ago I was searching for a water heater and an installer to do the job. I had dismal luck. Yesterday I went to Home Depot and they gave me the name and number of Fast Water Heater. With a single call to them, Justin who handled my call was able to get me the water heater I wanted and installation scheduled for today between 11am and 5pm. This morning Josh, the service tech, called me an hour before my scheduled time and asked if he could arrive early. He did and in less than two hours I had a new water heater installed. Josh is a very friendly guy. He walked me through all the hardware needed to bring my installation up to code without trying to up-sell me to stuff I didn't need. He did a superb job and when he was done he walked me through the controls on the tank that were different from my old tank. Josh made sure I had no more questions, gave me the paperwork and his business card telling me to call him if I came up with questions or had any problems. I would definitely recommend Josh and Fast Water Heater! Excellent job! more
