Got the toilet installed by Fast water heater. It was through Home Depot.\r \r First install was by James B. Did a great Job. He was very polite, helpful and very efficient. Really like their service very much.\r \r Decided to change my second toilet after a couple of weeks. Service done by James L . He was really nice and did a great job installing it. I cannot begin to describe how amazing the service has been from Mo (Haumono S.). He came to our rental property (tenant-occupied) on a Sunday, determined that there was black mold and that it needed to be remedied immediately, and already had a resource for us there within an hour to help with the remediation of the mold. Throughout the process, the sub-contractors that the remediation company hired to do the work didn't show up, and Mo was quick to offer whatever help he could provide as he picked up the phone every time we called (even on a Saturday during a much deserved day off). His skills as a technician are hands down some of the best I've ever seen. It goes without saying that he knows his stuff. I wish Mo was able to handle the other aspects of this job and other remodeling work we have coming up because quite frankly you can trust him sincerely and he keeps his word. He is one of the hardest-working, professional, and kindest people I have ever had the privilege of working with and I will be referring Mo and his company to everyone I know in their coverage area. Seriously folks, Mo is a 1 in-a-million find as far as people and contractors go! Thanks a million Mo. You made this painfully annoying repair a wonderful experience in the end! My water heater started leaking and I called Fast Water Heater Company which was on the Home Depot web site. I received excellent customer service as she walked me through the process, which was to pick out a water heater and set up the appointment which was the next day as it was late in the afternoon when I called. The technicians who came onsite were very courteous and professional. They examined the current water heater and then explained to me what was needed to bring things up to current code with the new one. Once they were done, they cleaned up the area and answered some of my questions. I would highly reccommend this company and would definitely use them again when the time comes. more

My circulation pump finally gave out and since I was already considering getting a tankless WH I called a couple of regional "chain" plumbing outfits who gave me two wildly different estimates & answers. I decided to call Fast Water Heater since Home Depot contracts with them. It was good that I did bc as it turns out my setup is not optimized for the tankless units that are currently available & Matt at Fast was honest enough to recommend I wait until the right unit is on the market. The other companies were ready to sell me expensive units that would not have worked with my system. Thank you, guys! more

Home Depot referred us to Fast Water Heater Company. Recently, I had a new unit installed. Unfortunately, the installation and set-up did not pass with our city's building & safety division. There were 3 minor adjustments that had to be made. I informed Fast Water Heater Company. They responded in a timely manner and got it fixed up right away. Water heater blew out on Friday. Tried to get Home Depot to come with a new one on Saturday but no luck. Found Fast Water Heater Co. on Sunday morning and by Sunday night, we had a new water heater installed for the same or lower price than Home Depot would have charged. We were very happy with our experience with Fast Water Heater Company. Home Depot referred us to them when we called about replacing our standard water tank with a tankless system. I first spoke with Jake who seemed quite knowledgeable about tankless water heaters and was very patient in describing them and answering all of our questions. I was pleased to find that he was helpful without giving any kind of sales pitch; just solid information so that we could make our own choices.\r \r When their representatives arrived to give us an estimate they pointed out that installing a tankless water heating on the side of our house would be in violation of city codes because of the proximity to our neighbors' land; a point one other contractor who had been here did not point out.
