A week ago I was searching for a water heater and an installer to do the job. I had dismal luck.
Yesterday I went to Home Depot and they gave me the name and number of Fast Water Heater.
With a single call to them, Justin who handled my call was able to get me the water heater I wanted and installation scheduled for today between 11am and 5pm.
This morning Josh, the service tech, called me an hour before my scheduled time and asked if he could arrive early. He did and in less than two hours I had a new water heater installed. Josh is a very friendly guy. He walked me through all the hardware needed to bring my installation up to code without trying to up-sell me to stuff I didn't need. He did a superb job and when he was done he walked me through the controls on the tank that were different from my old tank. Josh made sure I had no more questions, gave me the paperwork and his business card telling me to call him if I came up with questions or had any problems.
I would definitely recommend Josh and Fast Water Heater! Excellent job!
