The first professional who came looked at the job without even bringing up his tools, and correctly flagged a dimension problem that could only be fixed by ordering a different toilet. When the new toilet arrived, R. James L went straight to work in a brisk, professional manner, protecting the work site, explaining everything he was doing, and doing the work while tweaking to address on-site conditions. We went through the installation and operation afterward, covering all of the checkpoints required by the company. He came when expected, completed the job briskly, and was a pleasure to work with.
