Replaced Water Heater by Reinaldo O. 1/4/2016

Reinaldo O. (Ray) from Fast Water Heaters was professional in replacing the heater. He clearly and knowingly answer the multiple questions I had. He explained the costs, particluarly those related to complying with California regulations (such as drilling the wall for gas and water leaks to drain outside, plus grounding the electrical components to prevent risk of shock via hot water.) Since I rent, Ray gladly described the costs to my landlord over the phone and waited for him to make a decision. Ray was polite, educated and left everything inside and outside clean and organized. Dean was very professional and respectful. He pays attention to details and the water heater installation was perfectly done. Didn't miss a beat! 12/16/2015

Lupe (Jose), Was not only fast, efficient, and professional, he didn't miss a beat when he found out he wasn't given all the parts he needed to do the job. While he got started I ran to Home Depot and was able to get exactly what was needed. When one of the Home Depot parts was missing a washer, Lupe was able to find a spare and complete the job on time. I highly recommend Lupe for your plumbing needs. Tim more

Can I give SIX stars? 12/6/2015

Water Heater issues are never fun. An unexpected water line issue finally meant the demise of my 21-yr old water heater. I knew it was on it's last legs, but overnight I went from normal hot water, to 9 minutes of mostly warm showers. With company coming in for the holidays, I made a phone call, and (through Home Depot) got connected with Fast Water Heaters. Dustin called 30-45 minutes before arrival (as promised), we went outside and looked at the old water heater and it's enclosure - he identified potential "code issues" and gave me the option of having them taken care of right then. He quoted EVERYTHING and gave me a final price that was about $500 LESS than the competitor I called. In addition, in less than two hours, I had a nice, shiny new water heater already starting to warm water for my chores later today. Five stars?? I wish I could give them SIX!! more

FAST AND PROFESSIONAL 12/3/2015

Replacement of our "dead" water heater went so well, it was phenomenal. Erick was efficient and informative while performing the installation and when he finished, you'd never know we had a major job done at our home. He gets our vote for Best Installer, if there is such an award. FAST WATER HEATER, itself, made this job as painless as possible with their complete approach to the installation of the new heater and removal of the old. We highly recommend them for their professionalism and skilled craftsmen! more

Anthony at Fast Water Heater Co. installed a water heater at our house after our old one died. He arrived early, explained everything he planned to do and immediately went to work. Because we live in an older home there were a couple of unforeseen problems along the way but Anthony was able to solve them through persistence and "outside the box" thinking. Anthony is not only knowledgeable about all aspects of his job but has great customer service skills. He is friendly yet professional and patiently answered all my many questions about the new water heater. Before he left he explained the operation and maintenance of the new water heater and even gave me tips on extending the life of the water heater. In sum, we were very pleased with the job Anthony did and would ask for him by name if we needed to call Fast Water Heater again. more

Fast Water Heater - LA County 11/28/2015

Had a Thanksgiving water heater flood. Fortunately Fast Water Heater was able to come out and get me up to code and in hot water again. Reinaldo took the time to explain the new code requirements and how to operate my new energy efficient water heater. I'd write more but I need a shower. more

He came here to replace a water heater on short notice; he was an excellent and knowledgeable technician. He answered all of my questions as well. I have a newborn baby so I had a lot of safety questions and he answered all my concerns. He was also very personable. I would definitely hire him again if I needed a water heater replaced. more
