Reinaldo O. (Ray) from Fast Water Heaters was professional in replacing the heater. He clearly and knowingly answer the multiple questions I had. He explained the costs, particluarly those related to complying with California regulations (such as drilling the wall for gas and water leaks to drain outside, plus grounding the electrical components to prevent risk of shock via hot water.)
Since I rent, Ray gladly described the costs to my landlord over the phone and waited for him to make a decision. Ray was polite, educated and left everything inside and outside clean and organized. Glad I was referred to them (by Home Depot)
