Arrival was two hours into the window. Arrived explained what was going to happen, went to work, and completed the installation in less than two hours. Great job, neat and tidy. Would recommend in a flash. more

5 stars for the installer, James. Fast & neat job. Did not add on a lot of extras. 3 stars for the company. Very long wait time on hold (15 minutes.) Unreasonably excessive appointment time window 0800-1400. But, $1,100 dollars cheaper than .... plumbing for the same job & equipment. more

Water Heater Installation 6/4/2015

Recently had Fast Water Heater personnel come to my home and install a water heater. The two individuals arrived within the time frame they advised me they would and then evaluated the installation. They took the the necessary information concerning city codes, and measurements and proceeded to complete the installation. Reinaldo and Joe were both very knowledgeable and professional and left the area free and clear of any debris. I would certainly contact them in the future. more

Worst Service Ever 4/28/2015

Worst company ever!!!!! It's been two days now without hot water. They installed a brand new water heater less than 2 months ago and it stopped working. Called yesterday morning to get an emergency repair since this is an apartment building with multiple families impacted and they don't want to provide service. They are taking there time and the people on the phone behave like it's no consequence. They put in a faulty unit! Don't use them if you want responsive service. I used Pioneer Plumming to install a water heater in my home two years ago, and it only took 3 hours for them to install a new water heater. I really made a mistake in using Home Depot and Fast Water Heater Company for our apartment building. I thought they would do a better job! more
