Water Heater issues are never fun. An unexpected water line issue finally meant the demise of my 21-yr old water heater. I knew it was on it's last legs, but overnight I went from normal hot water, to 9 minutes of mostly warm showers. With company coming in for the holidays, I made a phone call, and (through Home Depot) got connected with Fast Water Heaters. Dustin called 30-45 minutes before arrival (as promised), we went outside and looked at the old water heater and it's enclosure - he identified potential "code issues" and gave me the option of having them taken care of right then. He quoted EVERYTHING and gave me a final price that was about $500 LESS than the competitor I called. In addition, in less than two hours, I had a nice, shiny new water heater already starting to warm water for my chores later today. Five stars?? I wish I could give them SIX!!
