We were considering a deferred exchange and Chris provided the information or referrals requested promptly, professionally and with follow up to assure that we were satisfied. We appreciate the excellent service Chris provided and we would certainly recommend him. more

We found some listings for homes online.. On very short notice, Chris was eager and happy to show us the interior of the homes and answered all the questions we had. Gave us some recommendations on local lenders and was willing to do whatever he could in helping us purchase our first home. Outstanding service!! more

I am so grateful for Farrell Smyth. They really made the short sale of my house possible. I have been with them for a few years now and have had no complaints. They kept my unit rented with great tenants paying a premium price. They really helped me make the best of a bad situation until I could not hang on any longer and had to sell. They knew exactly what to do so my tenants were taken care of and my short sale still went through. more

From a customer perspective, when we pay as much for rents as we do, it comes down to customer service. I have only spoken with one person at the office, Nikki, and each time we have spoken she has been very professional and pleasant. Positive employees more

Top notch, friendly as heck and they listen to you. I recently bought a pop-up trailer and I needed a tow wiring system put on my SUV. I went to two other places and they were OK, came back here and I think I've found my RV spot more

I quickly needed to relocate with only about two weeks to figure out where I was going to live. The staff made it very easy for me by sending me actual pictures of the unit I was interested in, not just stock photos, and handling all the paperwork remotely. The staff takes care of all kinds of stuff and are all very friendly and helpful. more
