WARNING Fake Reviews below; Farrell Smyth Property Management company is writing their own reviews themselves on their Google Local listing, City Search listing, Insider Pages, and more. Farrell Smyth is scamming people and this is wrong by writing reviews that never happened and customers that don't exist, that is bad enough to push down negative reviews and not fix the problems they have done to their tenants, you can search online and there are complaints about them which they should of went back and tried to make those tenants happy but no, what is there solution? Write many false comments right down below. It is bad business to write fake reviews people; it is just dishonest and disgraceful. This is shameful and a scam to read phony reviews about a business that has a history of complaints about them and Farrell Smyth property management is trying to do the unethical thing, putting their dirt by hiding their negative history under the carpet. They just don't want people to know about their unhappy tenants and how bad they treated them. I would not do business with these people, no way. There are apparently trying to erase their bad history and it's easy to notice how they are writing too many phony comments, you an search online and see their trail of false reviews, it is obivous what they are trying to do by hiding there problems here and posting false stories. more

WARNING! The most recent reviews down below from Oct 3, 2011 to Jan 17, 2012 are reviews being written by Farrell Smyth property management themselves. They have hired a paid service to make a bunch of reviews because they have a list of negative complaints on their Google business listing so they are on an article writing campaign to push down their negative reviews, just Google their business and look at the same reviews and then go to the last 2 pages of negative comments of angry tenants how to say about Farrell Smyth property management. It is so obvious by looking at the reviews below then look at each reviewer’s history and their reviews where they lead too, then see how they cross one another and on those businesses, where they have clients that are doing the same thing, pushing down negative reviews (each reviewer client and client, there is hundreds of these reviews doing the same thing pushing down negative comments by writing a list of good comments one after another). They hired a service to push down negative reviews and this is bad business because since they can’t remove negative reviews, Farrell Smyth has done the same thing on City Search, Insider Pages, Google, and more, they are doing the unrealistic thing but lying on reviews about a business. Farrell Smyth Is Horrible Farrell Smyth hassles students non-stop and treats us as sub-citizens. I had a horrible experience with them this past year. They will find any reason to charge you extra money and their head guy Tony is a major douche. They are really hard to get a hold of if you have a problem as they are only open until 5PM (2PM on Fridays!) and take an hour lunch break. I previously rented from private landlords and San Luis Obispo Realty and Property Management and had much better experiences. Seriously stay away from Farrell Smyth. I know I will. Do not do business with these people more
