From the day that Annette Mullen introduced herself to me on the phone, she exuded confidence and genuine joy for what she does to help people re-locate to the Central Coast. She did not disappoint! She and I got to know each other quickly and my trust in her abilities and compassion were affirmed daily. Through each contact whether it be in person, via text, email, or phone, she spent as much as time as needed to guide me through every step of what seemed like an impossible goal: to find a home I would like and be able to afford. Even after losing out to a higher bid on a house I thought was "it," she got busy and kept things moving forward with a whole list of more homes to look at and encouraging words that there was something better. Once we found "the one", she made all of the really hard stuff, such navigating the timeline, paperwork and financing, easy. She took care of me in every way a person in my situation could ever want. She gave of herself beyond anything I would even know to request. So... many many thanks to Annette!! Hard to put in words, but I truly do not believe I could have ever arrived at my "happy ever after home" without her! Annette IS the BEST!! Thank you SO much!
