Best Deal 5/9/2012

I always do my homework when I am buying a car. After being on several sites, and always noticing that Family Hyundai had one of the best deals, I came in the see if they were truthful about their prices. I met with Joe who went over the car I wanted and after talking some numbers, I left with the car I was looking at. I love my new Elantra and all the features too!!! more

I love my new Veloster! 5/8/2012

Family Hyundai made my dreams come true. I went to another Hyundai dealership and they kept giving me the run around on what I would be paying for my car. I felt like I was being over charged and turns out, I was. I called Family Hyundai to see what they would be able to do for me, and they gave me a lower payment on a more equipped car. I met with Mayweather and he showed me everything on the car. I couldn't be more happy. I am so glad that I didn't buy the car from the other dealership. Family Hyundai rocks! more

Great Dealership 5/8/2012

I used to work in the car business many years ago and I think I have seen just about everything. I am always skeptical when buying a car, and in the past, I had my reasons to be. I came in and met with Les and he was very nice and explained everything since I have never owned a Hyundai before. Went on a test drive and picked out a beautiful Sonata. I love it. We discussed numbers and agreed on what I think is a very fair price. Les was a great salesman and coming from me, that means a lot, because I have met some pretty terrible ones. I think Family Hyundai is a great dealership to purchase a car from, they have great salespeople, good prices, and fun environment. more

Frank Baley was great! I was greeted when I came in by him and he showed me the car I saw online, test drove it, filled out the paperwork and left in only a couple hours. Organized dealership, fun place. more

family hyundai is my favorite dealership. i went to a couple other dealerships before coming to family hyundai and they kept changing what they had promised over the phone. family hyundai then called me about the tucson. I told them i was not interested in coming in unless they were going to keep the deal that they had given me. they assured me that they would keep the deal that i was coming in to see. when i came in, they were right, they kept the deal that i was coming in for and now i have a new tucson that i love. more

I already knew I wanted a Sonata but the fact that I was greeted immediately and so nicely by Greg when I came in. that's what sold me on buying my car there. They gave me a low interest rate and a great deal on my car, I will send all my friends to this dealership. more

I had been shopping around for a fuel-efficient vehicle for a couple days when a friend suggested an elantra. Family Hyundai is close to me so I stopped by for a test drive and I was helped by Mayweather. He was really nice and helped me find the perfect car. I am happy with the price I paid and very pleased with my overall experience. more

Best Customer Service 4/4/2012

I love the people at Family Hyundai. Juanita was so nice on the phone and answered all my questions before I decided to come into the dealership. She set me up with Greg who showed me the car I had been looking at online. It was a used car with not too many miles on it. I think I got it for a great price and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would purchase again from Family Hyundai for sure. more

Family Friendly 4/3/2012

Family Hyundai is a great dealership to buy a car from. I had to bring my kids with me and it wasn't an issue at all. I think the kids had fun while they were there too! Sam made the process really easy and quick and we left with a car thats perfect for my family! The Sonata's are awesome. I definitely recommend this dealership. more

A day of Excellence 4/3/2012

I spent a lot of time over at Family Hyundai when buying my NEW 2013 ELANTRA but I think it was worth it, and every bit of it was enjoyable. When I was waiting, i was talking to other people who worked there which were also very nice. The process was simple, they were just really busy, and my credit isn't perfect so the approval took a little bit of time. But over all, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, how well I was treated, and the nice facility. more

Good Service 4/3/2012

My Hyundai has been great to me, but with any car comes the usual maintenance. I had to bring it in for a few things since my car is now a few years old and I was greeted immediately by the service guy who was very helpful. He explained everything I should get now, vs some things I can wait on. I have a tight budget so that was very helpful on his part. He also gave me a discount which made my bill very affordable. I am happy that I brought my car in for service to Family Hyundai. it was definitely worth the drive over. more

The customer service at Family Hyundai is outstanding. I had an issue with something in the paperwork and I thought it was going to be a huge hassle to get it resolved but they took care of it immediately. I was very surprised with how they handled the situation and very happy. I am glad I purchased my Sonata from Family Hyundai! more

Family Hyundai is the dealership where I had the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had. I thought all dealerships were pretty much the same until I came here. They are so nice, friendly, and I got such a great deal on my car. I was at another Hyundai dealer a week ago, and they were going to sell me my car for a lot more. I felt I was being screwed on the price so I left. And now after being at Family Hyundai, I am happy I left. Family Hyundai takes care of you. Go there if you need a car!!! more
