in my experience, when i bought a car, i would always settle for whatever i was getting. if i got great service, i felt as though i was over paying and if i got a great price, no one was friendly or service took too long. not at family hyundai! they give you such a fair price and everyone is so friendly as if they have known you for years. i have never gotten that before but i certainly will continue to do business there. i love my genesis. more

Sonata 11/23/2011

my wife and I are new to the area and have been looking for a nice used car for a few months now. we were really looking for something with low miles, good price, and on a vehicle we could purchase an extended warranty on so we don't have to worry about huge repair bills right away. when we got to Family hyundai, I really didn't think there would be much to choose from but I was certainly wrong. We test drove 3 sonatas, all of which had lower miles for the year and a reasonable price. it's nice to have the option to be picky and not settle when making such a large purchase like a car. we love our 'new' 2009 sonata and we couldn't be happier! more

I just bought a car from DQ and she was awesome. I've spent some time searching around at other places so I was already a little frusterated from wasting so much of my time. DQ helped me with everything and really did a great job from when I first got there til I was pulling off the lot. Stop in and ask fro DQ! She is the sweetest person ever! more

i have never had such a pleasant experience in a car service department than i did at family hyundai. usually, if you take your car to the dealer, you over pay, NOT THE CASE AT FAMILY HYUNDAI! they really take care of your car and your wallet! they have my business for life! more

Very family orientated place. i brought my 3 kids there on thursday and everyone was so patient with me. very fun environment the and people there are wondeful. i recommend family hyundai to anyone looking to buy a car. they really go above and beyond which is something you don't come across too often. more

The new veloster is SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, the coolest car ever!!!!!!!! And I got it in the best color. I have been searching for a vitamin C color veloster and no one around had it! Family Hyundai has the best inventory to choose from! more

Credit 11/22/2011

I don't have perfect credit so I was concerned about if I was going to be able to get approved, but I really need a car and I would rather not buy a car without a warranty. Ive been to several dealership and they keep giving me the run around but never told me if I was approved or not. Within 2 hours family hyundai told me to pick out a car!!! It was great!!! I am so happy I came to family hyundai! more

I love my Sonata! 11/22/2011

I was in on Saturday and it looked really busy. I was first concerned that it would take forever to see anyone or to buy a car but it wasn't at all. They also didn't rush me at all. I am really happy I came to Family Hyundai because I love my new Sonata! Family Hyundai gave me a great price! Anyone looking for a new car should stop at Family Hyundai! You will love your car!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Great Dealership 11/22/2011

I was looking for a new car and had been searching around online for a while for one. Since there isn't too much information available online, I entered some of my information onto Family Hyundai's page. Juanita was awesome! She called me backand answered all the questions I asked and didn't call to bug me! She set me up with an appointment where my salesman, Joe, was just as helpful. I ended up getting a new Elantra and couldn't be happier!!! I am a very thourough person and they really crossed all the T's and dotted all the I's before making the decision! Great dealership!!! more

The people working at family hyundai are great! I went there thinking I would be there all day to find a car but they really streamline the process. They really understand that your time is just as important so they are sure not to waste it. They are very professional and really take into a count your needs. i really love my new sonata! when i first went into family hyundai, i didnt know what car i wanted since i had never driven a hyundai. one of my good friends just bought a car right before i did and he loves it and said family hyundai is a great place to get my new car from! he was right! everyone at family hyundai is great to work with and its a fun environment to be in. more

Go to Family Hyundai and ask for GW! He is the nicest guy and super helpful! Actually, everyone I came in contact with when I bought my Elantra was awesome. They treat everyone like gold who walks through the doors and that is certainly something you don't see everywhere. I will continue to buy my cars in the future from Family Hyundai! more

I have never been so pleased with a dealership before. The people that work at Family Hyundai really take a lot of pride in what they do and are very concious of ensuring the happiness of the customer. I have been to another Hyundai dealership before coming to Family and it was such a waste of time. I have been given the run around at the other dealership that I had no more patience for games. I have always loved hyundai and really wanted to get one. As soon as I walked into Family Hyundai, the atmosphere is really what sold me. I walked in and was immediately greeted by someone and was directed to someone who could help me find a car. My salesman, Larry, was so helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and really took the time to ensure I found a car that I would love! I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. Family Hyundai is the best! more
