I spoke with Erika on the phone and she was great! Very helpful in giving me the information I needed before I came in. Once I came in, I met with Sam and he was awesome! A lot of fun and very helpful when it came to finding a car for my life and budget. I recommend anyone to go to Family Hyundai! I really didn't go into Family Hyundai expecting to buy a car, I really thought, like at the other dealerships I have been to recently, that I would be given the run around. This was not the case at Family Hyundai! They were very nice, and helpful, and really worked to get me into a car. Family Hyundai is the best dealership I have ever bought from! more

I really like Family Hyundai. They are a great place to get a car from. Being that a car is such a large investment and purchase, its really nice to be able to get along with and trust who your buying it from. This is the 4th car my family has purchased from Family and we will continue to do so. more

I had been talking on the phone to Juanita and she was very helpful with helping me find a car that I would like. She set up my appointment with someone who was also very friendly, Hunter. He gave me a great deal on a used car. After test driving multiple cars, I had found a toyota that I loved. Family Hyundai really had a huge selection of used cars! I was very pleasantly surprised! I just bought a Sonata Hybrid and it's awesome! I get awesome MPG. I bought it from GW and he was great! He showed me everything on the car, and was so knowledgable and friendly. The environment was wonderful, everyone really seemed to enjoy being there. I will keep buying my cars from Family Hyundai! more

very happy that family hyundai was able to get me approved. all i wanted for christmas was a new car and thats what i got. i had been to several other dealership before family and they continued to give me the run around and wasted a lot of my time. jon in finance assured me he could get me approved and he did! couldn't be happier! thanks family! more

NEW GENESIS! 12/23/2011

There is not a word for the amount of joy I am getting out of my new car!! I now drive the long way to work just because I enjoy driving my NEW Genesis so much! Nicest car I have ever owned, I don't think I could ever not drive a Genesis now after owning one! Everyone at Family treated me and my family so well, I will continue to buy my cars from there. I actually will be in soon to buy my daughters car. more
