Favorite Dealership 12/13/2011

This was the 5th dealership I have been to this week and I just wasn't finding anything that really wowed me. I walked into Family Hyundai and was immediately greeted and brought to my salesman, Joe who showed me a bunch of new cars that I really liked. I had a hard time choosing. I ended up going with the Sonata Hybrid and I LOVE IT! more

Fixed my credit! 12/13/2011

i have been needing a new car for some time with my old car continuing to break down... The only issue was my credit. I was concerned if they would be able to get me approved. Family Hyundai was the 3rd dealership I had been to and the previous ones didn't even seem like they made an attempt. Family Hyundai did it though! Now I have aNEW elantra and a reliable form of transportation for me and my family! more

couldn't be happier! 12/13/2011

I came in the other day just wanted to see the selection of used cars...They had so many to choose from! I couldn't believe it, I thought I was going to have to settle for a car that I found, but I actually love my new car! Great customer service, great value, I couldn't be happier! more

GREAT EXPERIENCE! 12/13/2011

I loved my experience at Family Hyundai. I had been to several other dealerships before Family, and they were a complete waste of time. They didn't want to work with me, and they only showed me cars I wasn't interested in. Once I got to Family Hyundai, they cut to the chase and brought out a few cars that they knew I would actually like!!! I love my new car and I recommend everyone to go to Family Hyundai! more

I just bought a Vera Cruz and I absolutely love it! I have always had SUVs and this one is my favorite, hands down! I love where I got it from too, Family Hyundai really knows how to treat customers well, I got my Vera Cruz for an even better price than the other Hyundai dealer!!!! Great value! more

I didn't think I would find a car within my budget at a place like Family Hyundai, they had such a huge selection of really nice used cars to choose from, I couldn't believe it! Im on a tight budget and I still found a reliable car! Family Hyundai provides great customer service to everyone, no matter what price range you are looking for. I had been to a few other dealers and they weren't that nice to me when they found how limited of a budget I was on. more

Santa Fe 12/10/2011

My wife and I fell in love with the Santa Fe a while back so we decided to go into Family Hyundai just to test drive it. Family Hyundai was so friendly, we met the GM and he was great! My salesman, Larry was so thourough when going over the features of the vehicle. We even got our pictures taken by Kayla so we can be on the facebook page! It was so much fun buying the car, probably my favorite car shopping experience ever! more

Honest Dealership 12/10/2011

I had my Sonata serviced at Family Hyundai the other day and I just wanted to say that the service department is great! They told me it would take 3 days to finish my car, but it got done in less than 2! Also, the service advisor saved me some money on my battery which was great! They are very honest over there, and I really appreciate that since I am on a tight budget. more

The people at family hyundai must really love their job because the 3 times I was in there this week, everyone was smiling and joking! I have never seen this! Definetly a fun atmosphere which makes it more comfortable buying a car! My new accent is awesome! more

my credit isn't anywhere near perfect so I was very worried about being able to get financed.... but family hyundai did it! john in finace was awesome! now i am on my way to rebuilding my credit and i love my new car! more

Elantra 12/7/2011

I was looking to buy an Elantra for quite some time and took forever to find a dealer that would give me a really good price. I called family hyundai to see if they would match a price and if the car was available, then later that day the car I wanted was just arriving at the dealership. I got a call stating the car was there and my quote would be matched. i got there and there was no haggling back and forth, just an honest and simple purchase. more

Family Hyundai was the 8th dealership I had been to in 1 week so needless to say, I had about zero patience. I came in and met with Dave, and he ensured that I would have a smooth process in sales since he already knew about my frustrating situation with the past dealers. Family Hyundai really went above and beyond what they said that they would do, and more. I am completely thrilled with my new Sonata and over joyed about my experience! more

Best Service! 12/5/2011

Driving home Saturday night, I got rear ended horribly. My whole bumper was falling off and I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I got it towed into Family Hyundai hoping they would be able to give me a loaner vehicle, which they did! They took care of everything so wonderfully, I couldn't have asked for more. In that stressful situation, it really helps when you have someone on your side helping your along with way. Thanks Famiy Hyundai! more

Everyone was really nice, but they ended up selling the car before I had a chance to come in a put a deposit on it... I really liked THAT car, so they are getting a new one for me, which should be here soon. more
