Made great suggestions for changes needed and included relevant codes that made them necessary. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend to friends. more

Leaking water heater 6/28/2011

They came the next morning at the beginning of the time frame quoted. Jason went above required actions to help complete the replacement of a leaking water heater, including helping find the main shutoff valve for the water. He explained everything before starting work and completed it in a timely manner. Thanks Jason! more

Fast water heater replacement 6/24/2011

I would highly recommend this company. Woke up to a broke water heater. Fast Water Heater Company was at my house in less than 4 hours. They took the old heater and replaced it with brand new heater. They were also very knowledgeable about the installation and code requirements. more

Water Heater Replacement 6/5/2011

Good: Jason, the installer, was nice, polite and professional. The water heater was covered under warranty, and replaced at a discount. He noticed that the water pressure was too high and installed a water pressure reduction valve.. Bad: The appointment was changed twice. The original time was early in the morning, but ended up being 3:30PM. It did not inconvenience us that day since we were home the whole day.. Improvements: The receptionist gave us the impression that the water heater replacement cost would be considerably less than the actual cost. Perhaps she should give more realistic estimates over the phone.. more

We had to replace our water heater and called Fast and their name lived up to it. They were here within 2 days and replaced it. Yes, there were some unexpected issues-the water heater is over 15 years old- but the pipes did need to be replaced and the service repair man did a great job. more

Hot Water Heater Leaking 5/9/2011

I called on a Wednesday after work and on Thursday I had my new hot water heater installed. They called me a half an hour before they were to arrive to let me know so I could leave work and they were there within the afternoon time window I selected. No waiting around. The job was quoted before any work was done. Once the work was approved everything was done including pickup of new tank, installation, and removal of old tank Ya! more

Bought a new water heater at Sears and Fast installed it. They arrived on time, made sure I had the right water heater, installed it quickly and even cleaned up after themselves! You can't ask for more! Next time I'll just call them first and forget going through Sears. more

Mike and Jule are the best!! 5/2/2011

I had a warranty job that required replacing my heater ( 6mos old) I called and Julie was fantastic to talk to on the phone and Mike the tech was wonderful. He was pleasant explained everything and was in and out in about 2 hours. Overall the best plumbing experience I've had. I would highly recommend them. more

Good: My installation appointment was scheduled within a 36 hour timeframe and the installer showed up exactly when they said he would, ready to go.. Bad: The cost for the installation ended up being two times what was quoted on the phone.. Improvements: When discussing the installation, it would be better to be up-front with customers about potential additional costs BEFORE the installer arrives. Be realistic! There are some basics - like earthquake strap installation and expansion tank costs, that should be covered in the initial cost estimate.. Other: I was pleased with the professionalism and courtesy shown by the installer, who came on a Sunday morning in spite of having just caught a nasty cold. He thoroughly explained everything that had to be done and what it would cost. He stayed on task and the new water heater is now working up to expectations.. more

Fast water heaters 4/13/2011

I called them 5pm and had a new heater the next morning. They were indeed FAST , and very neat.. The guy was knowledgeable and professional. The heater was a perfect fit . I would use FAST water heater again. Recommend them very highly. Thanks FAST water heater. Steve Erickson more
