To be honest, what prompted me to do this review was the offer of $25 rebate to do so. However, I am very satisfied with the installation of a water heater in our Kirkland rental house. Brandon, the technician, was very knowledgeable, explained the process very well before commencing work, and worked fast and efficiently. The work cost me a couple of hundred dollars less than a competitor's quote more

I replaced my hot water heater purchased at Home Depot and installed by Fast Water Heater Co. The serviceman arrived in the timeframe agreed to. He was friendly and very professional, explaining what was to be done and why. He worked steadily in removing the old water heater, making needed modifications and installing the new water heater. He protected the tiled area from any damage or debris associated with the job and cleaned up when finished. Overall the job was done professionally and in a timely manner. more

Fast Water Heater responded promptly to my request for information and when I recalled after researching several competitors promptly scheduled the installation of a new water heater. The installer was prompt, courteous, responsive to my questions before, during and after the installation which was competed in less than 90 minutes. The highlight of the process was that it was all taken care of quickly and effectively. on the same day. These minor events occurred: 1) the rusty water drained from the old water heater had to be washed from driveway after departure of installer, and 2) the Redmond inspector required bracing the gas line to the ceiling, a subject that I had rasied with the installer but I either did not insist or was talked out of doing it at the end of the install. I washed the driveway and the installer promptly secured the gas line the the inspector's re inspection satisfaction. Notwithstanding the minor events mentioned above, I would readily engage Fast Water Heater again. more

The installation went very smoothly. The technician explained everthing very well including options for me to consider. I was extremely pleased with the work and the courtesy and professionalism of the technician. more

At about 2:30pm, our water heater cracked and was slowly leaking. A technician from Fast was at our home by 5:30pm and completed the job in about 2 hours. He was effiecient and clean. The quote received over the phone was significantly lower than what I paid due to additions to get the water heater to code. To get a better idea of how high the cost may be, this could have been discussed. more

When I found that my water heater had broken, I called around to get estimates. Fast was the best one and that was at 1:30 in the afternoon. They were fininshed installing by 5:30. So I was only without hot water for about 4 or 5 hours and it was done reasonably. I would recommend them to any of my neighbors. George S., Marysville more

Ryan took my order and was very patient with my many questions, it was completely installed within 4 hours.. Brandon explained what he would be doing and the charges before starting the installation. We ordered a tankless natural gas water heater from Home Depot to replace our aging electric standard water heater. They referred us to Fast Water Heater Company to complete the installation. Within 24 hours we had a call from Brandon to schedule a time to review the install. He was exceptionally thorough - checking out the gas line service, electrical connection availability, provided options about where the installion should be located and left us a detailed quote. Yes, it was higher than we had hoped for but it has been my experience that you get what you pay for. We scheduled a date/time to start the installation and Brandon was right on time and ready to start. He was obviously an experienced journeyman plumber, he had all the required parts and tools on hand. He was knowledgeable about the product, installation requirements, friendly, kept the work area neat and clean, and answered all of our questions about the process. He made sure we were of the down time when he had to shut down the gas service (no heat from the gas furnace) and the amount of down time when we would have no hot water during the installation. He met all of he targeted times and completed the job within the estimated time frame. We will use Fast Water Heater again and will specifically ask for Brandon if he is available. more

I was very surprised with all the changes involving replacement of our hot water heater. Nothing worse then it happening on a Friday night. Mitch from Fast water heater company was very informative on all we would need and did a fast job,clean job on installing our water heater. I have noticed reviews on the price quote and I have to agree the quote we were given did not include all the "government" stuff you need now . I would not hesitate to call them again. My hot water heater was acting up and I smelt gas in the closet where is. It was pretty bad. I called fast after searching prices online. They were at my place in 3 hours! Their installer Jacob was great. When he saw the job that needed to be done the total install price was about $300 more than the quote I got over the phone. The entire piping had to be replaced along with all the valves. They were shot thus the gas leakage. Jacob called in and was able to get the pricing reduced by $80. They did a great job and the price was fair. The new tank looks and works great. Highly recommend them. more

Installation of our new hot water heater was fast, friendly, and professional. The only reason that this is not a 5 star review is that the cost of the upgrades required to bring the installation up to code seemed high. I don't have a problem paying to make the installation safe or with the company making a profit, but I was charged $15 for a 2 foot long piece of 2x4 that was used to brace the tank. It seems like that cost should have been included in the $79 that I was already paying to have the earthquake straps installed. Other than that, I would recommend them. more

The service was excellent. The installer came right on time ( called 15 minutes before to confirm ) ; inspected the area; gave us a a quote and did the excellent work and cleaned up the area very well. All in all excellent experience. However it was a bit on the expensive side, but pleased with the result and professionalism shown. more
