I called on a Wednesday after work and on Thursday I had my new hot water heater installed. They called me a half an hour before they were to arrive to let me know so I could leave work and they were there within the afternoon time window I selected. No waiting around. The job was quoted before any work was done. Once the work was approved everything was done including pickup of new tank, installation, and removal of old tank Ya!
