I am another Samsung customer who needed warrantee work done. Executive TV set up an appointment me to come out between 11- 3. At 3:15 I called. They put me on hold, came back and said the repairman was 30 minutes away. After an hour, I called back, he was still 30 minutes away. After another hour, I called and he was 5 minutes away. He never showed up. I called back at 5:50, was put on hold and after 15 minutes gave up. I called Samsung back and they are sending another company out. I strongly advised Samsung to get rid of them as a contractor as they are giving them a bad name.
