As a royal customer to Samsung I bought a 40-inch LCD almost 2 years ago. Everything was perfectly fine until 4 months ago when the screen frickles and turned black without image, audio was working fine. \r \r The technician came and took the TV the first time was almost 2 months after me calling so many times to find our why it took so long. After it got delivered back 3 days later it broke again with the same symptom. Now it is being fixed and it is another 2 months of waiting time. The person who answered the phone was definitely rude and not very useful. Even the boss did not seem like he cares about what is going on there. \r \r Quite disappointed in the product and service from Samsung, definitely will go for Sharp or Sony the next one. And try to stay away from "Executive TV" more
