My experience with Executive TV was very positive. My Samsung TV needed repair. Samsung send me an email stating that an authorize service repair shop would be contacting me in a couple of days. Sure enough before 2 days Executive TV called to schedule an appointment. Executive TV accommodated my availability day. They even gave a courtesy call of 1 hour notifying me when they would arrive. The repair personnel were at my residence on time. They greeted and introduce themselves. Fortunately, things only got better. My repair went smoothly without error. I would like to thank all that was involved in making this experience positive starting with Karen the woman that assisted me on the phone and the repair professionals Mike and Earl. more
