Evergreen

My appointment was for 8am. Since it was 830 and the guys hadn't showed up, I called the office and I very rude woman answered the phone and said they'd be there by 9. Finally at 915 the guys show up. I was originally told that it would be $75-$100 for 2 rooms but when the guy got there he told me it would be $225 because they had to use the "big machine." he told me he would offer a discount of $200 if we paid cash. Since I had no other choice and I needed my carpet done today I had to pay. The guys were done in 20 minutes (some deep clean if it only takes 20 min). The carpet still smells like per and I'm pretty sure I was ripped off by their employee who I'm pretty sure is keeping the $100 difference between what I was quoted and what I paid. I'm not sure how they got such good reviews from other users but I had a terrible experience. My advice, use another company. more

I had them come back (the owner wanted to right the wrong) and fix the issues and it is better then ever!! I was reluctant and was just going to call someone else. But wow the difference... Smells clean, a nice guy came who cares about the work he does, and he has many different cleaning products. With a spray bottle in each hand he undid the wrongs. It was like some carpet cleaning western and he was the sheriff. Everyone is due to have a bad apple in the bunch. It sucks that I had to deal with him. more

Worst experience ever!!!! I have two small rooms. They guy on the phone said 100 minimum to come out even though it said $29 per room. OK fine no big deal I'm sure they can do an area rug to make up for the difference. The guy shows up and I have pretty much moved everything just needed help with mattress. He says $225 for the two rooms!! Because of some deep cleaning solution in the high traffic areas. I know that's BS! you come to clean carpets you know it is going to need that stupid spray bottle you say is so special it shouldn't cost $125 more. Well i can do better if you pay cash. Oh really; didn't see that line coming!!! Ok "how much" I said? "$200" he said I said "you need to leave now!" He said "How much you want to pay" I said "$150" I figured 50 was worth the special mystery spray who knows whats in it. It could very well be magical. Well it wasn't!!! in Steam cleaning I would think I would have seen steam, nope. Also, you would think the carpet would be clean to a point that you wouldn't see dark spots on a very dark blue carpet. How about a fresh smell? No fresh smell! Did I mention my carpets are only 2 1/2 years old. WTF! more

I was housesitting for friend of mine, and I wanted to surprise him with clean carpets. The guys showed up on time, which right off the bat set them apart from most of the carpet cleaners I'd used in the past. I was a little worried because usually you get a cheap quote up front and then you get a whole lot of high pressure sales to get you to do a bunch of other things. These guys didn't do that. The technicians were friendly and made some no pressure suggestions, and I actually got his couch and his dining room chairs done, too. It was really reasonably priced and they did a fabulous job. I wish they were in Orange County so I could use them for my own place. more

Very satisfied with evergreens carpet cleaning results there was no bad smells or residue left on the carpet what so ever.All in all they did a great job and i would advise anybody who needs there carpets cleaned to give them a call more

We have a new puppy, and he took a special liking to our loveseat. This company came and got the dog smell out. Unfortunately the puppy reclaimed his favorite spot. We will definatly call them again, but next time we'll keep the puppy away from our newly cleaned sofa! more

One of the best carpet cleaning companies i have ever use great job all stains removed and dried within 2 hours more

I called evergreen because i had a party and alot of food and drinks spilled on the carpet i was very worried that it was damaaged and thought the stains would never come out.I remembered that i received a coupon in the mail from evergreen and called them .They came the following day did a test on my carpet showed me that the stains could be removed and gave me an accurate bid on the job .They were done in about an hour and a half to clean a living room a hallway and a dining room.The job was immaculate and the carpet looks and smells great.I will use this company for any of my carpet or upholstery cleaning needs! more

Were on time did a great jobsall the spots were remooved and most of all the carpet dried in 3 hours thank you evergreen defenatley using you again next fall more
